Charlotte Oblenski has many years HR experience behind her and is willing to come and guide us through contracts which will be applicable to us in the hospitality industry.
A written employment contract should be used whenever an employment relationship is being created and the two parties wish to minimise the potential for disputes or confusion by clearly establishing their rights and obligations.
Although oral agreements are a valid alternative, they are more likely to result in disagreement and will be more difficult to enforce should a dispute arise.
