“I’m pleased to say that demand for Bath is still very good. In fact demand across the board has been good in 2016 after a busy 6 months after the 2015 General Election. I have around £16.5m worth of businesses either sold, in solicitors hands or with prices agreed so far this year. My colleague, Peter Brunt, who covers the Cotswolds, is similarly busy, though perhaps out biggest problem is having enough businesses to offer to buyers.
Some owners suddenly find that they need to sell, others plan an exit within a year, and most have a feeling for how much longer they would like to trade before selling, but a universal truth seems to be that “everything is for sale at the right price”.
So whether you could be tempted, want to plan or are just interested to know how the market affects you, then do get in touch.
